"I was born in Texas, grew up in Idaho, and eventually found myself breaking away to the beautiful state of Washington. The Pacific Northwest has always held a special place in my heart due to the lush landscape, social events, and friends I’ve made along my journey here. I typically spend most of my time outside of work exploring new areas around the state or gathering with the people closest to me to maintain strong connections. I value being able to be active whenever I can, whether it be playing soccer or basketball in the local recreational leagues, or taking long hikes to explore sights previously unseen.

I take pride in being able to help or guide people through any type of complex situation. Customer service has always been a very prominent feature in my career path, and being able to make a positive difference in people’s daily lives gives me great joy. Taking the step into a career focused on creating positive outcomes for military families and retirees’ healthcare journeys, especially with my family’s military history, is something I greatly value.

Being able to serve the families that serve our country is especially important to me, as I know that life comes with uncertainties. Bringing predictability and timeliness to military families through US Family Health Plan has been a tremendous opportunity, as I’ve been able to connect them to facilities and professionals that put their health first. Supporting these families and maintaining these personal connections is a reminder of the strength and perseverance of this country and the military community. I look forward to every day that I’m able to give back to the families that have made sacrifices in service to this country and will continue my support and guidance long into the future."
