"I was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest and currently live in the Lakewood/Tacoma Area with my family. My respect and admiration for those who serve runs deep , it’s part of my family’s story. My father, William “Bill” Daugherty, proudly served in the U.S. Army for over 21 years, including three tours in Vietnam as part of the 1st Cavalry Division (Airmobile) and the 101st Aviation Battalion, where he earned multiple commendations as a UH-1H Crew Chief. His lifelong dedication to service instilled in me a deep appreciation for the sacrifices made by our military members and their families.

Professionally, I’ve spent nearly two decades in the healthcare industry, working in both clinical and business development roles. My background includes experience in medical device sales, biologics, and patient education, where I’ve had the privilege of supporting physicians, hospitals, and patients across the Pacific Northwest.

Today, as a Membership and Outreach Representative with the US Family Health Plan through Pacific Medical Centers, I focus on connecting military retirees, active-duty family members, and veterans with a TRICARE Prime option that delivers exceptional access, personalized support, and care through trusted local providers.

I take pride in helping military families make informed healthcare decisions and ensuring they receive the respect, guidance, and high-touch service they deserve. Supporting those who have served isn’t just part of my career, it’s something I carry forward in honor of my father and the values he lived by."
